Although everything is provided on-line, and we try to use as little paper as possible, our customers prefer to have a printed final report sent to them. We do this within the price of the survey. Electronic copies, as PDF files, are also provided so additional copies can be printed. Our final reports include all the information you would expect - response rates, frequency table, mean rating score summaries, trends over time, national benchmarks, comparisons within the organisation.

How do we do our surveys? Quality and response rates. We have recently started using hand-held computers (PDAs) to allow real-time or very rapid feedback from surveys in specific problem areas. For example, short questionnaires on food, discharge planning and hospital facilities are available with feedback available real-time via our on-line system.
