Thursday, April 21, 2011. A Wake Up Call. Have you ever had an experience, a not so good one, that rocked your world.or really shook you up? I had one of these this week. It all started when my official 12 weeks of medical leave ended. I distinctly remembered the insurance person in our HR office telling me that all I would need to do was to submit a memo to my associate dean and the director of HR requesting to use my accumulation of sick days to remain on leave for the rest of the semester.

Monday, December 20, 2010. Living in the U.S. of A. I really wish that there were one, and only one, method to treat the type of bladder cancer that I have, and that everyone was in agreement on that method. But that is not how things are. Last week alone I heard of at least 3 possible methods of treating cancer besides traditional chemo therapy and radiation. Have a blessed Christmas.regardless of health issues, I plan on having one.
