Thursday, October 30, 2008. 1 1/2 cups Wesson Oil. 3 Cups Plain Flour(sifted). 3 Cups chopped raw apples. 1 Cups chopped walnuts. Combine sugar,oil and eggs and beat well with electric mixer. Add vanilla. Then add all dry ingredients. Add chopped apples and walnuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. My oven cooks fast so I only cook mine for 1 hour. 1 Cup brown sugar. I love my DH. Asparagus with Shallot Mustard Cream. 2 tsp vegetable oil. 2 small shallot's, minced. 2 Tbsp all- purpose flour. 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk. 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth. 2 tsp mustard, course-grain. 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste. 3 Steam asparagus until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Divide asparagus among 4 plates and top each with about 5 tablespoons of sauce.
