In a bowl mix powdered milk with sugar, warm water, yeast and melted butter and let it sit 10 minutes. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake them at 200 C, about 15 minutes.

Mercoledì 29 gennaio 2014. Torta alla ricotta - Prajitura cu branza. Mai jos reteta in limba romana. Vi ricordate la torta di mele. Io amo questa torta e fra l'altro, è la mia ricetta più cliccata. Da quando l'ho pubblicata, ha accumulato più di 24 mila visualizzazioni. Oggi ho pensato di usare lo stesso impasto, ma una farcia diversa e così è nato questo dolce. Ma niente di nuovo. In Romania è un dolce casalingo molto comune. Quindi non dico più niente, ecco la ricetta di questo dolce buonissimo :) )!
