We specialise in sourcing and selecting top class Irish Rosé Veal. The Veal comes mainly from a group of carefully selected farmers in the South East of Ireland. The name is derived from the pink coloured meat. The rosy colour signifies the health of the animal that has been raised ethically and humanely in spacious conditions.
