Pallisa Children's Concern Project. PCCP is a local Ugandan volunteer group that started in August of 1999 with the aim of advocating for disadvantaged children in Uganda. We are currently committed to caring for about 300 orphans and needy children. Our Programs and Services. We identify the most desperate of the desperate children. Most of our services are provided from our school and orphanage:. Quality academic education in primary. Care, shelter and food for the orphaned children.

Pallisa Children's Concern Project. PCCP is located in the current Budaka district that was carved out of Pallisa district. Budaka is located in southeastern Uganda. It is bordered by Kumi District to the north, Mbale District to the east, Butaleja District to the south and Pallisa District to the west. The coordinates of the district are: 01 01N, 33 57E. Pallisa Children's Concern Project. In 2011, PCCP was able to plant 10 acres of maize, 10 acres of beans and 1.5 acres of tomatoes. Funds are required for seed and additional funding is always needed to take care of weeding and spraying of insecticide. Volunteers through a Canadian organization donated grist mills to PCCP in hopes that the proceeds from the grist mill business would cover costs for food for the children.
