Ist im vergleich zu anderen Getreidesorten mit 20% Eiweiß eine Proteinbombe. Daneben enthält es noch Vitamin B, Kalzium, Kalium, Eisen, Phosphor, Zink und Kupfer. Damit aber nicht genug, findet man darin doch auch noch viele Ballast- und sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe. Das Ganze wird durch das enthaltene Omega 3 noch abgerundet. 1 EL frisches Leinöl.
