Students practiced their part so that when they recorded their final version they could do their best. Things...

January 9, 2010. Posted by Rathachai Kaewlai, M.D. A lateral cervical spine radiograph and sagittal-reformatted CT image show an oblique fracture of the C7 vertebra with slight displacement. There is no extension to the lamina or facet joint on axial CT (not shown). Avulsion, hyperflexion injury of the spinous process of C6, C7 or T1. Typically oblique in orientation. Due to abrupt flexion of the head and neck against tensed posterior neck ligaments. To view nice pictures from your colleague. Coronal ref...

Note sclerotic bone ends, periosteal reaction and minimal widening of the fracture gaps (degree of sclerosis is more on the forth digit). Spontaneous fractures of normal bone that result from summation of stresses. Most common lower-extremity stress fracture. Most common site = shaft. At diaphysis or neck). Most comm...

RiT radiology: Giant Bulla Vs. Pneumothorax
http://radiologyinthai.blogspot.com/2010/08/giant-bulla-vs-pneumothorax.html
August 12, 2010. Giant Bulla Vs. Pneumothorax. Posted by Rathachai Kaewlai, M.D. Chest radiograph shows a large lucent area in the right upper lobe with compression of the remaining lung parenchyma. Coronal-reformatted CT image confirms the absence of pneumothorax in this case. Several bullae are clearly visualized. Don't be sh...
