Life vNext | Einar Ingebrigtsens Playground

A journey in software development. Tomorrow, 5th of January 2015, I’m starting a new job – not for a client, but an actual new job. The place is called dRofus. Back in 1997 I started a company called Dolittle. Ended up accepting an offer from dRofus. Our third chap; Pavneet Singh Saund. Accepted an offer at a more local client, which makes totally sense for his situation. Bifrost and other projects. As they are looking at rewriting a lot of the product. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. CQRS | Einar Ingebrigtsens Playground

A journey in software development. We’re aligning ourselves more and more with being a platform for doing Domain Driven Design. Introducing more and more artefacts from the building blocks as we go along. When we set out to build Bifrost, we decided early on to be true to not be building anything into it that we didn’t need in a real world scenario. This was after we had started falling into the pattern of what if. With the philosophy of CQRS. At heart built with SOLID. Using System; using Bifrost.Co...

A journey in software development. Improving Angular experience with some convention magic. Disclaimer: I’m a line of business app developer – not a Web site developer. My view on things is colored by my experience with building large enterprise applications that has larger teams of of developers working together and needs to keep velocity and code quality at a very high standard through years of development. The first thing that struck me with Angular is the explicitness of just about everything and how...

Bifrost license change | Einar Ingebrigtsens Playground
http://www.ingebrigtsen.info/2013/02/25/bifrost-license-change
A journey in software development. The license for Bifrost. Used to be shared between Dolittle. As a joint venture that began a couple of years ago. As our focus an investment is moving more and more into Bifrost, we have agreed with Komplett that Dolittle is taking ownership of the license and the project. With this we also want to simiplify the licensing, so we’re moving to a standard MIT license. Without any special clause like we used to have – plain vanilla. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
