The closer you get…. Fabric, clay and more. November 30, 2009. I’m loving this place. Once I got it cooled down last night, it was very pleasant and comfortable. Sequim is a small town. An odd mixture of posh shops, a salute to the ordinary, and a splash of the necessities of gas stations, home depot, McDonalds (representing the fast food contingency) and a few schools. It got so hot at one point that I had to retreat to another part of the house for a few minutes. I should be so lucky. It was actually invigorating…. hmmm…. an odd thing for me to say? Music, fabric, clay and more. If all goes as planned, my house will close (yes, it sold! On June 4th, causing me to move on the 5th, just two weeks from today. I will ensconce myself in a hotel for a week or so, then begin a few weeks/months of travel on the west coast of the U.S., after which I may or may not return to Sacramento to live.
