But then, she took Cojak and put him in the car.and left without me! Turns out he had to go see the vet, boo! He's not feeling too good. Was walking around panting and wouldn't lay down. Didn't want to eat and drinking lots of water. He didn't even get up to go upstairs with me and mommy to bed last night. Mommy it's worried about him. Dexter and Mango Momma.

Sunday, August 2, 2015. We are still alive here, but with our weather lately being absolutely beastly we have not being doing much of anything. Yesterday was the annual picnic for our Basenji Club ( BCOSW. Which we attend every year if we can. As usual the festivities were held at Lure Coursing Fanatics in Somers, WI so that the dogs got to have fun as well. Menchi saw the lure going and lost her mind. Neither of my duo were able to sit still until after they got their first go around the course.

Monday, May 18, 2015. An update on the state of affairs. So the last time I wrote Menchi was experiencing some trials and tribulations. I am sad to say the ordeals are not over yet. We had another trip to the vet at the end of last week. The poor girly has an infection. in sad, unmentionable places. Inflamed anal glands are no fun! Along with all of that she is having a good moult and of course having a bout of mucinosis because of the infection. She looks like a little, plucked chicken in some areas.

Sunday, February 20, 2011. Well Friday I had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I was at work so it was quite embarrassing ti day the least. Turns out they tell me I have a kidney infection. Says its in the upper part of my kidney and I understand that is usually more severe. All I know is I hurt really bad and I hope I never go through all that pain again. Just awful! They have me some pain pills, anti biotics and I have to go see my family doctor on Monday.
