http://steveandjaclynhuston.blogspot.com/2011/06/dad-day-belated.html
Huston, we have a problem. June 22, 2011. So I do realize that lately I have went a little posting crazy but lately blogging has been really fun, I know weird! But I mean it for reals. As soon as I sit down to tell you all a funny story I feel like I am telling a really great friend. I know, I am acting like a whole bunch of people read my blog but you get the gist. So no complaining about excessive posting! Only complain when I don't post at all :). This is my dad:. My dadio, my pops, my dearest father.

Huston, we have a problem. July 27, 2011. Vices (Warning-very long and whiny). You know I have reached the all time low of procrastination when I start to write a blog post. I love to procrastinate everything. There is something inside of me that just loves to be under the gun, throwing things together, and stressed to the max. Either that or something inside me really just wants to be a bum. I'm thinking the latter. Steve: "So what do you want to do tonight after work? Yeah that's all done.". I am truly...

Huston, we have a problem.: It's a brand new day
http://steveandjaclynhuston.blogspot.com/2011/06/its-brand-new-day.html
Huston, we have a problem. June 30, 2011. It's a brand new day. Today I ran 15 miles of beatiful summery trunk road. It was liberating. I always seem to make up excuses for myself about why I can't get a distance run in during the week. Lately I have been slackin' hardcore on my training. I need to kick it back in gear otherwise I won't finish that glorious 26.2 miles and then I will feel like a failure. This is gonna be hard so no more complaining" Granted I wasn't the fastest runner that day but it did...

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Recently I had some of my photos turned into postcards. I've been sending them around the world already. :). One of my favorites is the Sunset Over the Wichitas. Being used by the state of Oklahoma in one of their brochures. 2" paintings in the OK Mini Gallery. My favorite poem right now! The most beautiful is what is still unfinished. A sky filled with stars uncharted by astronomers. A sketch by Leonardo a song broken off from emotion. A pencil a brush suspended in the air.

Tri+ath+lon: confessions of the squirmy
http://heiditriathlon.blogspot.com/2013/08/confessions-of-squirmy.html
Thursday, August 15. Confessions of the squirmy. I've spent a lot of this week in introspection. Long hours of time in introspection. The casual and melodramatic self-indulgence of my teenage years. Lots and lots of writing, journaling, and reading. Taking a step back, examining my life, watching the waves of events in my memory and how they've shaped me, deeming myself worthy or unworthy- or at least, parts of myself. And i've discovered several glorious things, and several quite depressing things.
