今朝、洗顔の時に何気なく小鼻の辺りが痛いなぁ、と思って鏡を見たら、しっかりとニキビが出来上がっておりました。 ここ最近、スキンケアがかなり適当だったり、夜更かしして深酒やつまみ等をポリポリと食べていたりと、心当たりはしっかりあります。 他に考えられる原因は、生理前だからかなぁ、なんて思っています。 ニキビができたのは久々だったのですが、やっぱりニキビって出来ると気分まで凹みますよね。 気を抜かずにお手入れしないとダメですね・・・ お手入れと言えば、もう少しお手入れ方法も変えようかな、と思っていたところでした。 特に今回のようにニキビが出来た時って、お肌の状態も敏感で弱っているのであまり刺激の強いスキンケアは避けたい所ですね。

Thursday, May 17, 2012. July 29th - Charity Cycle. 114 mile Pembrokeshire loop in aid of Macmillan Cymru Wales. All cyclists will donate a minimum of £10 and all monies will go to the charity. Start from Pendine 0700 hrs. Approximate return 1800 hrs. The ride will be supported by a back up vehicle. Lunch will be taken in St Davids. Names signed up so far:.
