Create entries for repeating sessions. PennyPerfect allows regular sessions to be entered quickly. Click the green double plus sign at the top of the Sessions grid to display the Add Sessions dialogue. Specify the practice, dates, times, days of the week and rate. The image below for example, shows how sessions would be created for every Tuesday and Thursday morning for Riverside surgery, for 120 per session, for the whole month of August.

Create, edit, delete and sort sessions on a spreadsheet like grid. The grid view gives a familiar spreadsheet like interface for entering, sorting and viewing your sessions. You can group sessions by invoice, month, or practice, which gives quick summarised totals of your income and expenses. To add a new session, click the green plus sign at the top of the grid. To add repeating sessions. Eg every Monday and Friday from 9:30-11:30 for all of March, click the green double plus sign.
