Speak Up Make Music. Speak Up Make Music. Speak Up Make Music. SPEAK UP MAKE MUSIC. This was a very successful Lottery-funded project, which we ran from January 2013 to March 2015. We worked with over 50 people who have wide range of learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviour that sometimes challenges services. We used music to help groups of people to practice the basics of self-advocacy: being part of the group, speaking up, turn-taking, listening and leading. End Of Project Report.
