The Twenty three day. איזו התרגשות, מרגע לרגע הכוח עולה והאנרגיה משתנה, זה כבר לא קוצים בתחת ולא חוסר סבלנות, פשוט עליה הדרגתית ואני ממש יכול לשים לב לשינוי! טילפנתי ארצה קצת וגיליתי שסקייפ יכולה להיות דבר נפלא אך גם דבר ממש מעצבן. גם גיליתי שיש לי חבר בחברה להגנת הטבע - ששומר על החיות שלאט נעלמות מהעולם. הוהוהוה", עוד המון חדשות קיבלתי וכולן כולן היו טובות וזה היה ממש מרגש! אלכס התאכזב כשראה את כמות המים שנשארו ואמר כי לא שתיתי מספיק. הרבה לא הייתי יכול לענות מלבד שבצום הב...

יום שלישי, 20 בפברואר 2007. בכל אופן יום נעים ושימשי, אנשים חדשים באו, מתכוונים לתפוס את אשר ימשיכו לטייל, הצרידות עושה עימי חסד קטן בחישוב המילים או חשיבותן. אמיר עזב, מדהים איך פתאום מישהו חסר, וזה שופך קצת אור על הימים האחרונים שהוא כן היה, מעזבונותיו אולי אוכל להתלבש, מצב מביך נקלעתי שכל בגדי מישראל נופלים להם. חלום חלמתי - -לא ממש זוכר אותו במדוייק אך הנושא היה הסנדלים - (למרבה ההפתעה, אוכל לא היה הנושא.). יום שני, 19 בפברואר 2007. רק שברי חלומות על אוכל - אני אוכל בגנבה קצת עוף או קצת שוקולד - לא מפתיע כי אתמול חזר אמיר עם תרנגולת בשקית ומהקומה השניה הרחתי אותו. מעניין תמיד עבורי כחלום חוזר שאני משיג אוכל בגנבה. אף פעם זה לא ארוחה אומשהו דומה - תמיד בחלום אני כגנב במחתרת אוכל. התעוררתי ולא כל כך ידעתי אם אכלתי או והייתי צריך להזכיר לעצמי שזה חלום. חדש עבורי. עכשיו לנוח וממש לנוח - ירידה קלה בטמפרטורות ובתקווה ליום יפה וקסום מחר! עכשיו דרך אגב אני שותה רק חם. הרבה יותר קל אבל הרבה פחות מים. לשבור את הצום #2.

יום חמישי, 15 בפברואר 2007. Today was great, I had a good mood and a nice time with reading and meditating, some good conversations and a bit of business. I've talked with Alex a few hours and it was really good conversation, I also done reading ' the Art of dreaming ' and now trying to think and digested it. The process sometimes panic, after all its my first fast. but I now giving more time to myself and understand that in order for that process make through. Some leaving to NZ or to travel in Auz.

יום ראשון, 18 בפברואר 2007. חלום שהיה על ליזה, אני בדרך לעומרי וממש לפני היא מבקשת שאקפיץ אותה הביתה של הוריה, אני יודע שאני עומד לאחר ובכל זאת עושה זאת, אני נותן לה לנהוג ומגלה כי יש לי דו"ח - תסכול. חלום נוסף שהיה לי היה שאני גר - קרוב לחורב, לא ויתקין - יחד עם נועם ועוד 2 חברים, דירה קטנה ולא כל כך ברור מה קורה אבל אני חייב לראות את אריק אינשטיין - רבעתי איתו פגישה ואני לא זוכר איפה הוא גר. אלך להתחמם אולי עם יוגה ותה נוסף. הירשם ל- תגובות לפרסום (Atom). Got up early, can't sleep more then 7 hours, got up, did Yoga - discovered that it better to do it at morning time, makes me more energetic to the following hours, and in addition there isn't really a better smell in the morning then the flowers and the trees - its just great. then Meditation and Feldenkrais. Some new folks came to the house, and some Seinfeld on TV. Keeping in mind to drink allot and Breath. And a very strong smell, not always tempting. It amazing to see that...

The day started low., I think that most of the days starting low nowadays, I don't know, anyway I had fractions of dreams, nothing solid, and woke up to a sunny day that by the hour became windy and gray. ohh Sydney, they said that a year ago it was 36-40 degree - hot as hell. יום שבת, 24 בפברואר 2007. The Twenty four day. התעייפתי מרב התרגשות האתמול - היום בעיקר נחתי ונשמתי, הגרון לפרקים משמיע כאבו, אני חושב שגם המים המזוקקים כבר נמאסו. קריר בלילות, חלש עדיין - עכשיו יורד גשם. מזג האויר לא משהו בכלל. קורא מצייר ומקשיב - לא הרבה קורה, מתרכז בתחושות גוף ומקשיב. חלום הפעם, מפורט יותר, מוזר. את החלום הזה ממש זכרתי וזוכר שראיתי אותו בהתהוותו - אותי חולם. עדיין לא ירדתי לעומקו. חוצמזה היום קצת אפור, האנרגיה עולה אבל חייב לשמור אותה מאוזנת, אחרת מתעייף בצי'ק. הצעדים הראשונים עם אוכל.

יום שני, 5 בפברואר 2007. I'm still alive, the days become shorter - sleeping is the main theme. Drinking water and walking around the area, few words with the residents and sleeping in the afternoon -. Mainly hearing music, disc cures and reading stuff, the power is limited, the movement as well. The hunger is no longer playing a part, just the tiredness, slowly slowly makes the move, no big realizations, still adaptation to the new state of body and mind. Still losing wight. interesting. לשבור את הצום #2.
