Just another WordPress.com site. The chicken crossed the road. Last night I mastered a roast chicken! I treated Matt to a flavorful, comforting Sunday meal. He said he wanted to watch the Pro Bowl so I cooked while he watched the game. I followed a Julie Child’s recipe. I rubbed the chicken with butter, salt and pepper. The chicken began to roast. I basted the chicken a couple of times to keep it juicy. We ate the meal in silence because we were eating so fast! My dog ate my underwear. Feb 02, 2011.
