PersonLink is a supports coordination organization (SCO) serving individuals with intellectual disabilities in the greater Philadelphia region. Founded in 2004, PersonLink contracts with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Office of Developmental Programs to support individuals and families in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties.
