http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Tuesday, April 14, 2009. What a difference a year makes. Thursday, April 2, 2009. Here is the AMAZING cake that Ryker's Aunt Sarah made. She is so talented and did such a great job! We had a jungle animals theme, and this cake matched perfectly. Even this picture doesn't do it justice. It was so cute. Sarah - you should do this professionally. Amber and Rodger, you look so good holding a baby.maybe it's time for another. :). The party was so much fun. It's amazing how ...

Andersen Afterthoughts: Disneyland - the trip
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/06/disneyland-trip.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Monday, June 21, 2010. Disneyland - the trip. I'm not going to try to catch up on all the posts I'm past-due on. Way too much fun lately! Instead, I'm just going to post about our vacation to Disneyland! Get ready for major picture overload. We took over 450 pictures, and after looking through them about 70 of them are great. So here goes! We had been talking about it for weeks. I don't think he had any idea what was going to happen and he was so thrilled when we went up i...

Andersen Afterthoughts: December 2009
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Thursday, December 17, 2009. One of the main reasons we decided to move back to Utah was so that our kids could grow up knowing their cousins. What a great move! Ryker and Ruby have awesome cousins and I'm sure they'll grow up being great friends. Yesmy girl does enjoy her food. :). Three happy cousins eating lunch together on a play date. Madi is a great helper. She loves to entertain Ryker for me. Here they are doing pudding finger painting a few weeks back.

Andersen Afterthoughts: April 2010
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Another year, another torture session. Ryker - March 2008 (2 weeks old). April 2009. He still didn't like it. April 2010. They look almost happy! Honestly isn't the idea of a huge bunny sneaking into your house and leaving you chocolate kind of absurd? Ryker dyed eggs for the first time this year. He had very little patience to wait while the eggs were in the dye, so we had a bunch of very lightly colored eggs. Ruby had a great time too. Great-Gran...

Andersen Afterthoughts: Fundamental difference between men and women
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/11/fundamental-difference-between-men-and.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Monday, November 1, 2010. Fundamental difference between men and women. Woman: looks at clock and notices friends are arriving in two hours. Perfect. Just enough time to put fresh towels in the bathrooms, refill the soap dispensers, set the table, dust the living room, finish preparing the food, pick up the toy room, get the kids in their costumes, and maybe, if I have time, put a comb through my hair and put on some lipstick. Andersen Afterthoughts: March 2010
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Friday, March 19, 2010. I'm sorry, but when you have a baby girl as cute as mine, you just have to take a million pictures. She is very patient with my impromptu photo sessions. Ryker doesn't put up with them anymore. Here is my adorable Ruby Roo. St Patricks Day. She's never worn this outfit before because it's for summer, but I just put a long-sleeved onesie under it and it looked so cute! One of my all-time favorite pictures of her! Showin' off the chunk. Ryker did pret...

Andersen Afterthoughts: Disneyland - First Couple of Days
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/06/disneyland-first-couple-of-days.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Monday, June 21, 2010. Disneyland - First Couple of Days. Here we are at the Carnation Cafe on Main Street Disneyland. This is the first place we went - we were all starving! Miss Roo was a very happy girl despite being about two hours past nap time. Her nap schedule was shot most of the trip, but she managed to be happy and smiley the majority of the time. I'm sure it helped that she was at the happiest place on earth. Ryker chowing down on his hot dogs. Eating lunch on t...

Andersen Afterthoughts: June 2009
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Saturday, June 27, 2009. Father's Day 2009 - The Daddy Switch. Before Ryker was born I was a little unsure about how Josh would be as a dad. He has never been the type of guy who loves kids. I should have known better. The day Ryker was born, a switch turned on in Josh's brain that had been off his whole life until that point: the Daddy Switch. In the flip of a switch Josh turned into a different person. A better person. He turned into a Daddy. Ryker said Da-Da as his firs...

Andersen Afterthoughts: November 2009
http://andersenafterthoughts.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Updates on everything Andersen. Friday, November 27, 2009. I know it's a bit late to post about Halloween, but we had such a great day I just have to share. Ruby was a little lady bug. The costume was basically just a swaddling blanket and hat and she looked so cute! Here she is all snuggled up with her Grandpa Partridge on Halloween night. Ruby Roo and her proud mommy. My little man at Gardner village. He did enjoy putting the lid on and off of his pumpkin. He was very proud of the finished product.
