Our Journey to Iron Māori. Nau mai - Welcome! Monday, June 29, 2015. Hi everyone. So, on Thursday we had swimming training and we just learnt how to do fingers , kicking on our backs and rotation. We did all of our drills and we had to do 6 lengths without stopping as a warm up. Here is a photo of the whole Triathlon Squad (except for Collin) that Miss Tito took of us with some of the AWESOME YMCA staff, who watch over us while we train. You guys rock! On Wednesday it was my first spin bike training at the gym. Before training started we had to set up our bikes. Ms Tito helped me and showed me what to do for next time. I was so glad that I had brought my water bottle and sweat towel because I was sweating like a pig. Labels: Iron Māori Rangatahi training. Spin bike training for kids. My first spin class - Tyli.
