There are two books which have been exceptionally influential in their own times, although both of these books are practically unobtainable today. The first book is 'Der Mythus des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts' - (The Myth of the Twentieth Century) by Alfred Rosenberg. Alfred Rosenberg, (see left) 1893-1946. He was born in Russian Estonia and had fought in the Russian Army in the First World War. Rosenberg was one of the principal ideologues of the Nazi party and editor of the Nazi paper Völkischer Beobachter.
