The groom, suave and debonair. The bridesmaid, pretty as a picture. The shoes, as fabulous a collection as in any episode of “Sex and The City”. And don’t get me started on the caterers. 🙂 I DO wish someone hadn’t had the bright idea of ordering another alcohol delivery at 4 am though – it. This entry was posted in france.

January 20, 2011. One month, one mile. Tagged GW Parkway Classic. At 11:46 pm by Lauren. I was steeling myself for a major reality check when I went out for my first run after having a baby. I’ve been scheming about races and what reasonable training schedules could be, but it was all fanciful daydreams until I actually went out for a run to see what I had left. I was focusing on the fun of running and not on the beating my body was going to take. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

A Year in Marrakech. Friday, September 21, 2007. Frustration (nothing to do with Morocco). I am very frustrated right now and my husband is out of earshot, so I am complaining on here instead. WHY is it that when I search for Gide on the MLA and, while trawling through it, joyfully find an article on Gide and Bowles, YET when I do a keyword search for Gide Bowles NOTHING COMES UP? A Year in Marrakech. Thursday, September 20, 2007. Am I secretly in Ireland? Look again at the second picture. Now what?

My first class is conducting with the evil George Stelluto. He decides to sit around all day asking broad, metaphysical questions and then making fun of us for trying to answer.
