The Parkhill and Sunrise Estate consists of three tower blocks built in the late 1960s, and three low-rise blocks, with the latter providing homes for elderly and disabled residents. 1 – 48 Uphavering House. 1 – 50 Parkview House. 1 – 48 Overstrand House. PETRA (Parkhill Estate Tenants and Residents' Association) was developed as a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) under the Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations 1994.
