But, for me, these feelings of depression and anxiety have prevented me from performing at my normal capacity, or anywhere close to it. June 10, 2015. June 10, 2015. That is not what the point is. You are not meant to inhale all the things. You are meant to just take deep belly breaths, not necessarily FULL CAPACITY breaths. Just deep relaxing breaths. And that is how I messed up a simple breathing exercise, by making it more complicated than it was. I feel there is a lesson in here somewhere. :p.
