You can fold them, wrap them in cling film and freeze them. Then microwave them when you want them. Just another WordPress.com food blog. Panna Cotta with Red Berries and Cointreau. Now this is a really easy dessert. One of my favorites. Makes 8 to 10. 900 ml double cream. 4 leaves of gelatine softened in cold water. Assorted berries (eg raspberries, redcurrants, blueberries, blackberries). To serve, dip the pots into boiling water for about 3-5 seconds, turn upside down over a plate and shake the pot from side to side till it pops out. Drizzle the compote around the plate.
