Swiss beats & funky feats...: March 2008
http://branidino.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Swiss beats and funky feats. Saturday, March 29, 2008. One hop this time. OK, so maybe switching from my first 30 minute run to a full week of 30 minute runs wasn't the best idea. We took our camping excursion to Wind Rock on the Appalachian Trail. I'd been once before, but only to enjoy the sunset before heading back home. This time we packed all of our camping gear, some food and drinks, and a couple of extra layers in hopes that we could take on the supposed 32 degree weather through the night. DEFINI...

Swiss beats & funky feats...: October 2006
http://branidino.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
Swiss beats and funky feats. Saturday, October 14, 2006. Good King Wenceslas looked out. On the kids of Riva! Actually, on the streets of Praha (or Prague), the next- and my favorite- stop of the northeastern Europe trip. There was also an interesting home appliance/flower sculpture in there, featuring metal pipe like stems leading to kitchen sink and toilet buds and blooms. This wasn't too attractive to me, but apparently the locals loved it, because there was more than one set on the street. A major la...

http://branidino.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Swiss beats and funky feats. Monday, December 04, 2006. Break on through to the other side! After our first night of exploring Venice, that's exactly what we did. We kicked off the docks early in the next morning so that we could see the other. Islands on the lagoon that are much less travelled by tourists. Our first stop was in Murano, the center of the glassmaking industry in Italy, to see- well, I think you can already guess. Wayne approves.party on! Were having fun at their job. Something I hope ...

Swiss beats & funky feats...: August 2006
http://branidino.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Swiss beats and funky feats. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. I want to know, have you ever seen the rain? Saturday Aug. 26th:. We wake up around 9 today, and split up pretty much immediately. Half the group had planned to go to Luzern with me, while the other half wanted to go to Interlaken to spend their Saturday and Sunday. My batteries were dead by that time, but here's a good one from the night of wandering Luzern. The city is lined with 5 (or so) castle peaks like that one and would have made for some r...

Swiss beats and funky feats. Saturday, February 23, 2008. Hello Is it me you're Looking for? Its been a long time my friends, but I'm BACK to share with you all my transition to the funky feats. A lot has happened since my last post. 1)I made my successful return to America complete with facial hair that rendered me completely unrecognizable by many (or just looked too comically like an unkempt pirate to speak to). 2)Lived through the 4/16 tragedy, and will not discuss the matter any further. Thus far, p...

Swiss beats & funky feats...: November 2006
http://branidino.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Swiss beats and funky feats. Tuesday, November 14, 2006. Letting the days go by- water flowing underground. Into the blue again, in the silent water. Under the rocks and stones, there is water underground. Although the Venetian government believes that study is inaccurate, their own recent study shows that the city is going to sink between 20 and 50 centimeters by 2050. That's pretty intense! And thats at the season low! On that note, here's what came out of my experience:. St Mark's Square and Basillica:.
