Sherwood Forest - Update. Big Cats Fighting For Survival. We are going to do it again! Last year we run the Fighting For Survival. Campaign for Big Cats in cooperation with Next Generation Community Connect in Hinckley. The main part of the campaign was a poster display at the community centre, which we took also along to the VCS (Volunteer Community Sector) Event in Hinckley. This year we have Twycross Zoo supporting the campaign and hosting an evening of talks by our Big Cat conservation partners on.

Sherwood Forest - Update. Amur Leopard - Sayan. In 2011 Photography for Big Cats (then Big Cat Photography) started to provide donations from photoproduct sales to the Amur Leopard and Tiger Alliance. Other projects are around paying compensation for proven livestock killings by Amur leopards or tigers, and around fighting fire, which occur every year, mainly in grassland areas around the leopard habitat. CIC is primarily looking at the conservation of big cats; helping conservation groups to prevent the extinction of tigers and Amur leopards in particular. Her intention was initially to gain images of British wildlife for the purpose of raising awareness for our natural environment.
