Funding & Awards. In collaboration with Prof. Riccardo Mannella (University of Pisa), I have developed new algorithms for Langevin dynamics (J. Chem. Phys. 2007). These novel algorithms were used to study the aggregation propensity of synthetic polymers, such as polyethylene. In this study, a novel theory describing the early stages of aggregation was proposed as well (J. Chem. Phys. 2005). And tau protein).
