Given it was a rainy Sunday afternoon and a lot of people who might have been out on the beach or golfing, or sailing, or barbecuing decided to come to the movie. Links to this post. Big 7-0 and More. Big 7-0 and More - Musings. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. First snow of the winter. Mere overnight dustings that are gone before noon don't count as real snow. That's all we've had until last night. The warnings were for a blizzard named Juno - since when did they start naming blizzards? I wonder when they started naming blizzards. This one being called Juno it must have been nine storms again, unless they're suddenly very random or following the Roman pantheon instead of the alphabet.

Tales of Wonder, Houston Smith. The autobiography touches on all those periods of learning but does not go into any of them deeply - he doesn't need to because he wrote about them "from the inside out" and not with the condescending tone that most people write about religions other than their own. Big 7-0 and More. Big 7-0 and More - Musings. Saturday, April 4, 2015. I step out past the slider. The air is like tepid, too cool. To be comfortable bath water. My cupped left hand holds. The diced heel of stale dry rye. Bread, I toss it on the grass. For the geese that will come. Or other birds if they come first. The trees across the street. Are loudly alive with songs. And calls of many unseen birds. The photo is an autumn scene, I will have to go out with my camera, maybe I'll replace it). INTERESTI...

Big 7-0 and More. Big 7-0 and More - Musings. Wednesday, April 1, 2015. April is National Poetry Month. One of Rachel's was very fine and second was quite good. The others are forgotten. One of mine still pleases me and I've forgotten all the others. Such are the percentages when writing every day. Nothing to be ashamed of, really not bad at all.
