AhnaRyan: January 2012
http://ahnaryan.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Well, it seems as though the holidays went too fast again this year. We had a Christmas tree hunt after we returned from Thanksgiving to get it started. The kids were great on our hunt and Santa was there as well. Cooper mostly just wanted to point and smile at him though, he didn't actually get close to him! We took lots of walks to the park and Cooper went on his first boat trip down the river on a field trip with preschool (Dada got to go with him and take pictures)! Olivia got this awesome little wal...

AhnaRyan: October 2011
http://ahnaryan.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
So, it's been a year. Well, it's been longer than that. But it's been a year since my Dad got some incredible new cells growing inside his bones. What more could you need for a celebration? Uncs was coming to pick me up. Uncs and Auntie don't like surprises, so I knew it would be tough! I threw Olivia in the mix because it's important not to show up empty handed when visiting the grand parents. So we hopped on the plane and landed in Arizona about two hours before the party started. We all know how rough...

AhnaRyan: HAWAII
http://ahnaryan.blogspot.com/2012/06/hawaii.html
The next thing we did was fly to Hawaii! Neither of the kids had spent much time at the beach so it was really fun to watch them get so into the water and the waves. Cooper was jumping all over them and by the end of the trip, as predicted, Olivia would just walk RIGHT into the water. Swimming was not high on her list of priorities however and it escaped her mind that she doesn't actually know how to do that yet! We will definitely go back there someday. I could write more, but the pictures.

AhnaRyan: January 2011
http://ahnaryan.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
It's funny, people keep telling us we won't see the sun for months now which is what makes Oregon winters so hard. But that sun keeps rearing its ugly face! We definitely take more advantage of it when it comes out and make sure to get the kids outside for walks and the park, etc. A few weeks ago, we found out that the Chinese Gardens had free admission for the day! We found it though and not on top of a building. It's surrounded by solid white walls but inside it's gorgeous! He typically does it unpromp...

http://ahnaryan.blogspot.com/2012/06/memorial-day-2012.html
What a fun weekend! For the first time in years, we spent Memorial Day with the Smith girls! It wasn't at the lake but it still had all the same necessities. with a few kids thrown in! This time around we got to have a Friday night Party Night that actually lasted longer than four hours. it was amazing! The kids were pretty into the Ipad so I think the adults on the other end just saw their faces. The Four Of Us. Mom and Dad's Blog. Cooper.Is.Four. And other fun things.

Then it was time to head home. We passed the goats one more t...

Saturday, May 21, 2011. Another School Year Over. It was very hard to say goodbye to this school year for a number of reasons. Reason #1: I had such an amazing class. I had 24 of the kindest, sweetest, hardest working students. I am really going to miss this class. Reason #2: This was one of the best school years Caity has had in a long time! This was an incredible year for her. She grew up so much and is such a responsible and confident girl! It still doesn't seem like school is really over. Maybe i...

The Wood Family: Tis' The Season!
http://4woodsinphoenix.blogspot.com/2010/12/tis-season.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. Basketball season that is! Liberty Basketball is in full swing. Mark's team got off to a rough start with lots of injuries but everyone is healing and should be back soon. My winter wardrobe continues to be dominated by red and black clothing. When I shop it seems to always be about what I can wear to games! I had a tshirt specially made this year that has his logo in bling! It is completely obnoxious but I love it! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
