It is really easy and quick to make. It tastes really good too! 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken pieces, skin removed. 1 lb new potatoes, cut into fourths. 2 T chopped fresh or 2 t. dried basil leaves. 1 T chopped fresh or 1/2 t. dried thyme leaves. 3 T olive or vegetable oil. 1 t garlic salt. Heat oven to 375 deg.

I made this on Sunday and really enjoyed it! It's pretty rich though, so look out! FRENCH TOAST (Makes 6 slices). 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp skim milk. 1 tsp almond extract. 2 Tbsp sugar substitute. 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 6 slices whole-grain bread. 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil. 1/2 cup sugar substitute.

It is really easy and pretty cheap to make. I usually double the recipe because it really only makes like 4 servings and if you are serving it to other people, it won't last long. 2/3 cup lemon juice. 1/3 cup orange juice. 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine or nonalcoholic red wine. Lemon and orange slices if desired.
