While it is not required for the delivery of our proposals, it is a significant and positive benefit for the strategic highway network around Thetford and the county of Norfolk. As part of our development proposals, the five key junctions on the A11 around the site will be upgraded. A guided bus across the site, which will aim to minimise the need for car use for trips within the site.
