There is one more ABERRY without a blueberry and i think we both deserve one. Anyway, just got back in the gym Saturday from being out over a week with a sinus infection and red throat. I had to push myself to go work-out. I did elliptical for 45 minutes then walked on treadmill for 2 miles with 5 pound weights. Thought i was going to die! Aberrys / Storms / Christoffels.

Clint Finished the Texas Ironman on Saturday May 21, 2011 with a time of 15:35. Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Berkley started Armand Bayou Camp this Monday. She goes from 8:30-3:30 M-F. She goes on hiking trips and gets to be a nature detective. Today she goes on a canoe and gets to fish. I cant wait to hear all she has to say about her adventures today. Will post pics soon.
