Das Rezept für diese Anisplätzchen stammt wieder einmal aus einem alten Kochbuch. Hier wird der Teig noch in alten Holzmodeln abgedrückt und in Form gebracht.Ich fand die Idee mit den Rauten aber etwas zeitgemäßer. Links zu diesem Post.
