Mari, Bob and Bayden. The hums of nor. Wednesday, 19 May 2010. In those days one stayed in hospital for a few days after having ones baby. You were taught to bath, change and feed your new baby. I personally think mothers are sent home a little too early nowadays. Mari, Bob and Bayden. The hums of nor. NO TIME TO BLOG.SORRY. Tuesday, 31 March 2009. Andrew's blood results came back OK. So it is definitely the virus that has caused damage to his cochlea. It is actually quite a common and perplexing side affect to the virus and is called Sudden Sensorineural. Andrew has an appointment in three weeks time with the audiologist and then the ENT. There is a three week to one month window when this can be turned round, so please keep him in your thoughts and lets hope...
