If you don't have a specialty fruit infused white balsamic, just add sugar or honey to a champagne or white wine vinegar. Snow Pea and Radish Julienne Slaw. About 1/2 lb snow peas. 2 T of a fruit infused white balsamic vinegar (I used white peach balsamic). 1/2 T canola oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 Mix oil, vinegar, and S&P. View my complete profile.
