We went back to the places we had been to on the bike only this time we learned the stories associated with these places. Sunday, May 16, 2010. I had to get a few more warm things. Evidently this has been the worst winter in this part of Germany for years and years. They had much more snow than usual. And it is staying colder than usual too! After shopping we ate at a Greek restaurant. I think the Germans must love Greek food because nearly every town has at least one Greek restaurant. Even the very small towns! Anyway, it was the best Greek food I have ever had. Even counting when I was in Greece! Section of the Wall.

Wednesday, May 26, 2010. The rain came back today in a serious way. Thunder, lightening and rain so heavy that I just pulled over and did not try to drive in it. It was amazing. The streets were rivers. I got soaked getting to the car even with an umbrella. My room is locked with a key. So when I come in at night I have to remember to put the key in the lock.
