My name is the Parkour Mechanic. I am a registered chiropractor with almost a decade of experience practicing parkour as well as teaching it. My goal is to eliminate unnecessary injury and pain in athletes and regular joes alike either before, after or during an injury. My preferred methods are a hybrid of hands on treatments as well as rehabilitation in the form of integrated movement modifications.
