The galaxy cluster Abell 2319 as seen at seven of Planck's frequencies. Where is it in the sky? In the constellation of Cygnus the Swan. How big is it? The cluster contains hundreds of galaxies, and each panel is around 2 degrees across. How far away is it? The cluster is around 800 million light years away. What do the colours represent? Planck all-sky images | Planck Mission

Below are image of the full sky as seen by Planck. They are available in mollweide (oval) and cartesian (rectangular) projections, in two colour schemes (the official Planck colour scheme and black and white), and at a range of sizes (500, 1000, 3000, 12000 pixels wide). The images are in PNG format with no compression. The "Planck colour scheme" images are plotted using modified versions. Most used indexed colour tables, rather than RGB. Most have whitespace around them due to the plotting routine used.
