Wednesday, April 26, 2006. So much to write and so little time to write it! A quick post with photo showing how Philip returned from his second day at nursery with paint on his clothes! Apparently he did a respectable job of wielding a paintbrush into the paint and then into his mouth and all over his face. Just me and my stuff. Working out how to work out. Fitter, Happier, Healthier. November 11, 2013. I feel so disillusioned at the moment. I worked hard, lost a bit of weight, and in one week of holiday I've put it all back on again. I don't feel like anything I do is helping, and I don't know what to do next. Let Me Entertain Me. The inner ramblings of downshifter! Monday, June 14, 2004. Gosh, weeks since writing! Been a busy bee! First, running update: Been upping the regular runs to 5 or 6 miles, with shorter ones (2.5 miles) in between. Only managing to run about 3 times a week though, so need to increase this, although Craig is very keen and has joined me twice now. Think he regretted the 6 miles we did last Tuesday and his knee hasn't been the same since! Off now. "the sun has got his hat on.".
