This is such a simple recipes- only 3 ingredients! 1 1/2 large bananas, ripe to overripe (200g; 7 oz). 1/8 teaspoon baking powder. 1 In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs and add in baking powder. And whisk to combine. 2 In another bowl add in 1 1/2 large bananas. Lightly mash with a potato masher or a fork, but not too much. There should be chunks of bananas to make fluffy pancakes. And use only ripe bananas.

Teaspoon celtic sea salt. 3 large Medjool dates, pitted. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Cup walnuts, chopped. In a food processor , pulse together ground almond and coconut flour. 2 Pulse in salt and baking soda. 3 Pulse in dates until mixture is the texture of coarse sand. 4 Pulse in eggs and apple cider vinegar. Makes 1 mini loaf.

Cup butter or coconut butter. 2 cups ground almonds. Teaspoon celtic sea salt. 1 teaspoon baking soda. Place bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey and butter in a food processor. 2 Pulse ingredients together. 3 Pulse in ground almond, salt and baking soda. 4 Scoop batter into a greased 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan.
