Wicked Hot Fudge Sauce. 1 cup chocolate chips. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk. Melt chocolate chips and butter in sauce pan. Add milk and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter.
