I have decided to use this blog as a place to display my attempts at creativity. I hope to be more consistent with my watercolor, and pastel, and pencil work. Let Earth Receive Her King! This watercolor was a Christmas gift to Dad Sam. I wanted to convey the excitement of the birth of the Savior in a way that I witnessed in Washington. I have become fascinated with Irish mythology. I love all things Irish. So, in Irish mythology there is a magical place called Faery. It is a magical land. This is where the fairies live. Jill boiled some eggs and made whipped up some homemade dyes and we decorated eggs on Sunday. I'm sure my family remembers how intensely Dad worked on his eggs. They were works of art.
