Tuesday, May 30, 2017. 众所周知，西方自英国的橙色革命之后，便将选举制度作为选官的主要手段。一直到现在，西方社会以宗教狂热似的传道向世界推广他们所谓的民主选举制度，并借此输出西方的文化及价值观。而这其中就涉及到两个问题，第一，把选举作为选官制度是否合理可行；如果选举并没有像西方媒体宣传的那样合理可行，西方为何传道似的向世界推广他们的选举制度？第二，其他选官制度－科举，和选举相比又有哪些优势或者劣势？首先，人们真的知道对自己有益的政策是什么么？以下的例子便可以说明。在五六十年代的时候，美国许多城市举行过一个关于自来水中是否应该添加氟化钠的公投。水中加入氟化钠可以预防蛀牙，减少口腔疾病的发生。这不仅在健康上对人们有益，更可以减少城镇居民每年数百甚至上千元的医药费，保险费。但就是这样一件百利无一害的政策，有60%的美国城镇却将它否决了。这其中原因相对复杂，不仅因为美国选民只看到每年多交几美分的税款而看不到剩...第三，Arrow's Impossibility Theorem证明，世界上不存在任何一种制度可以公正的选出一个对社会有益的政策。举一...由此可见，所谓的民主投...
