Polish food and recipes. A collection of home recipes, information and photos of Polish food. Originally from London, I moved to Poland to absorb as much of the culture as humanly posssible. Maybe the biggest influence on me has been the food and I credit my adopted babcia, (Polish for grandmother) Ania, with much of the information here. I lived in Zielona Gora and Szklarska Poreba which are in the west and south-west of Poland respectively. Monday, 14 April 2008. Kubuś - more than just a carrot juice.

Moggy's Low Carb Kitchen: Slow Cooker Pot Roast (low carb style)
http://moggyslowcarb.blogspot.com/2011/04/slow-cooker-pot-roast-low-carb-style.html
Moggy's Low Carb Kitchen. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Slow Cooker Pot Roast (low carb style). I love my slow cooker. You can have a delicious pot roast dinner and never miss the potatoes or carrots. I didn't use them this time, but you could also add Turnips and/or Rutabaga chunks if you want some root veggies to go along with your meat. 3 - 3 1/2 pound chuck roast. 4 beef boullion cubes.
