Saturday, October 6, 2012. Great Britain {Sept. 2012}. We were surprised by how nice the weather turned out to be for our trip. We had heard that Endland had just experienced the wettest summer in 100 years. We loved mingling with the locals. I found myself speaking in an accent from time to time and using words like "lovely". It was a "lovely" trip! Highclere Castle - a.k.a. Downton Abbey. Day #1 - looking a little wobbly, fresh off the airplane. Not so "lovely" here. We spent some time here looking.

The days leading up to the seminar, we drove north along Lake Michigan looking for lighthouses and antique shops. We also went to a Milwaukee Brewers game. Monday, May 17, 2010. I am NOT a huge hamburger eater, however, I will eat these. They are like a meatball with stuffing inside. Pretty yummy! 1 box stovetop stuffing prepared. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1/2 soup can water. Mix sauce ingredients together until smooth and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake. 350 for about 50-60 minutes. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. The Best Banana Bread. 2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 C chocolate chips. 1 C maraschino cherries (I cut mine in half).
