The doctors diagnosed me with an incurable liver cirrosis and they told me that I was going to die. I had a supernatural encounter with and angel of the Lord and later the same night with Jesus Christ. Today I am saved, healed and set free!

Monday, October 12, 2009. Church on Wheels on the road for Jesus in Finland - Write 28. October 3rd pastor Ulf Mannebäck came over from Sweden to explore the Church on Wheels. Vision to the finnish Christian biker culture. The same day we hooked up with Gospel Riders. At their leaders retreat at Kiponniemi in the middle of the country and it felt good to hook up with the biggest motorcycle club in Finland. We are looking forward to co-operate with them also in the future with events and Biker Bibles.

Tisdag 3 april 2012. Knäböj: 1x135 1x145 1x60 1x172,5. Boxböj (snabba): 5x60 5x80. Tänken med böjen idag va att jag skulle jag 180 kg alltså nytt pb. gjorde två försök men fick inte till studsen i botten. Knäböj: 5x135 5x140 4x145 2x150 1x160 och nytt pb på 177,7 kg. Good mornings: 5x50 5x50. Frontböj: 5x40 5x40 4x50. Körde även lite magövningar. kändes inte riktigt bra i böjen i början. men på lite tyngre vikter så släppte och flöt på bra då jag satte nytt pb i böjen. Tisdag 31 maj 2011. Knäböj: 177,7 kg.
