Quinoa Stuffed Onions: Compliments of Poppie Sea Catering. 4 medium onions, red or sweet. 4 small handfuls sea salt. 2 cloves garlic, skin off. 1/2 cup black or red quinoa. 1/4 cup parmesan or Romano cheese, grated (can substitute panko for vegan option).
