European forest genetic resources programme. European information system on dynamic gene conservation units of forest trees. Michele Bozzano m.bozzano(at)cgiar.org. EUFORGEN has developed several databases on forest genetic resources in Europe. During Phase II (2000-2004), the Populus nigra Network developed databases on clonal collections of black and white poplars in different countries. The purpose of the two databases is to facilitate exchange of clones among countries.
