My romantic soul couldn't resist, so, we arranged for a time and place (for me, this is the best place to propose in Paris! And there I was last night (Monday) at 7:45 pm sharp on the Passerelle Debilly. By the way, we did not even talk. All this was to remain a secret until today! Saturday, September 13, 2014. I stopped and took this photo in this little street in the 7th arrondissement. Because of the superb tree that you can see at its end. I often wonder how plants and trees can grow so well, totally trapped in concrete! I looked up the Cité Vaneau.
